Fighting Climate Change
Choice Properties is one of the first entities in Canada to have net-zero targets approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi.) Our targets are consistent with the primary goal of the Paris Agreement – to limit the rise in global temperature this century to 1.5 degrees Celsius.
Strengthening Communities to Prosper
Through our Choice Cares program we are proud to have developed a strong culture of philanthropy and diversity, equity and inclusion at Choice Properties. Our recently announced Social Impact Framework to leverage our assets and core business to provide deeper benefits to the communities where we operate and build.
