Anton Gravets
Anton leads the investments and valuations function at Choice Properties.
Anton has over a decade of experience in executing transactions across Canada and the US. Since joining Choice in 2019, Anton has significantly advanced the capital recycling program, playing a key role in over $4B of completed transactions across multiple asset classes and geographies. In addition to commercial investments, he has supported the REIT’s residential development efforts through joint-venture formation and land assemblies.
Prior to joining Choice, he worked at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (CREIT) and 1/ST Properties (previously The Stronach Group) managing commercial investments, land development and asset management.
Anton is a CFA Charterholder and holds an Honours of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.
